Darkest Desire is basically the starting point for this with Dawktrap & Glitchtrap

Dawko gets possessed during a banger of a song
From what we can infer through the fact he is playing the fnaf vr game he is a beta tester for the vr game and meeting glitchtrap
Eventually Glitchtrap possesses Dawko creating Dawktrap while Dawko's original soul is inside the Dawktrap plushie
It's Spreading/DD2
It's Spreading/Darkest Desire 2 isn't out but we know some things about how it ties in some lore

We know that Dawktrap with Glitchtrap is going to spread Glitchtrap's "virus" to musician and his friends we know 3 of them that are getting possesed are CG5 , DAGames & Dhuesta

The short film starts with Dawko discovering Glitchtrap reaching out his hand to him then getting possesed due to the possession he somehow can remember memories of William Afton with him seeing the memory of Afton luring a child
Dawktrap
Not much known about Dawktrap but we do know some things about him

Dawktrap is a follow of Glitchtrap being possessed by him and working to spread the virus
He has purple eyes but in merch he is usually depicted with one blue and one pink eye which could be something but i'm not exactly sure
Not much known is about his personality but in the previews for DD2 he is shown to be nervous and unwilling but also charming as shown by him getting his friends to get possessed
Although Dawko's original soul is in a Dawktrap plushie he seems to have some free will unknown how he does but in the first preview for its spreading he asks why it has to be him but Glitchtrap dismisses him and tells him to "look into these stunning eyes so my soul and your soul can collide"
Through a recent comment of him on twitter he has stated "its too late" which seems to be him talking through his character about Glitchtrap's control over him
